How To Gain Muscle Mass Fast

1. Lift heavier weights and never exceed beyond 10 repetitions

You should make sure that the weights are heavy and never exceed beyond ten reps. It is essential for a hard gainer like you to engage every single muscle fiber in each workout session. Going beyond ten repetitions means submitting to your ‘skinny guy genetics’ and letting it control the situation. It would be highly beneficial for your development to find a workout partner. Having a workout partner gives you little chance to slack off and motivates you to push your limit to achieve your maximum genetic capacity.

2. Shorten your workout time

For muscle development to be more effective, you should increase the workload and shorten your workout time. ‘Workload’ here simply means your number of reps and sets, and how heavy you lift in every workout session. In your next workout, try to finish your current workout program at the shortest time possible, and cut your rest time in between lifts. Proceed to the next exercise fast. Remember to break free from your ‘comfort zone’ and condition yourself to intensify your workload in less time.

3. You should focus on one muscle group each exercise

That’s correct, focus on JUST ONE muscle group. Exhausting your muscles by working out for an hour won’t make you gain muscle mass quicker. Your principal objective should be this: lift the heaviest weight with fewer sets and the fewest number of exercises per muscle group possible. Following this principle should give you the highest results possible from the smallest amount of workout. You’re your main task here is basically to shock your muscles to make them grow bigger. You can’t grow bigger muscles by exercising into exhaustion. Once you’re done, proceed to the next one fast!

4. Avoid going past three to five sets for every muscle group

Hard gainers like you should always remember: It is unnecessary to exceed more than three to five sets for every muscle group. If you want to gain muscle mass seriously, you must shift to a new set of rules. Only the exercises with 100 percent full effort will give you the highest muscle gain. Exceeding three to five sets will simply strain your muscles and delay the recovery process. You should add one to two reps or five to ten pounds extra in your last exercise.

5. Increase your strength and record your progress

Finally, if you want to gain muscle mass faster, it is necessary to shock the body and increase your strength by five percent every two weeks. You should make it a point to record your progress. You will not gain muscle fast if you don’t increase the weight you lift.
